I grew up in the farm industry. I come from several generations of grass seed farmers in the Willamette Valley. I have worked in the farming community my entire life. My irrigation career began doing pipe repair, weld fabrication, field install work, and counter sales. As the years went on, I become well educated on local soil types, water needs, and irrigation design. I have been dedicated to working with farmers to ensure their water management needs are met since 1995. As technology in agriculture grows, so does my knowledge of products and services available for my clients. My passion is educating my clients on soils and crop water needs while staying within a budget using quality products.

Originally growing up in Alaska, I was raised with a passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. I moved to the Junction City area in 1995. I’ve been serving the Ag community since 2004 with a background in construction, project management, weld fabrication, and mechanics. Currently, I am living out my dream of working for a great company, raising a small family, and serving the Ag community sharing common interests, values, and goals.

Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Ian grew up with a passion for the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He has a background in weld fabrication, sales, mechanics and system install. He was raised in the Ag community and has been doing it full time since 2012. “I’m pursuing my dreams of furthering my knowledge and education within the Ag industry along with raising a family and serving and giving back to the community”.

Alan Hafemann

Born in Alvadore Oregon, I was naturally raised to be drawn to the outdoors. Hiking, biking, camping & climbing quickly became a staple for me. My wife and I are now raising our young son & daughter in Elmira, all sharing the same passions and active lifestyles. I have been proudly serving the Ag community, in sales & service, since 2014.
